value-added services to improve member’s safety performance in
their drive toward Safety Excellence:
Annual CORR Assessment. Annually, Construction Solutions conducts a
Cost of Risk Reduction (CORR) Assessment
for each member. The assessment focuses on management systems in
eight key risk management areas: Management Commitment, Safety
Management, Claims and Return-to-Work, Human Resources,
Management Accountability, Advanced Concepts, Fleet Management
and Liability Management. Members are benchmarked to the Willis
Construction Safety Continuum which outlines the path to Safety
Excellence.
Bi-Annual Safety Workshops. Workshop topics have included:
Leveraging Technology for Safety/Health Management, Benchmarking
Safety Performance, Fleet Management, Silica, Risk Information
Systems training, and Crisis Management.
Willis Construction Risk Management Conference. One safety workshop
is held in conjunction with the annual Willis Construction Risk
Management Conference, which is held in selected major cities
around the U.S. The risk management conference is a two-day
information and networking opportunity to learn new and creative
ways to manage risk. Contractors from around the U.S. attend to
learn and share ideas.
Construction Safety and Claims Management Consultation. Construction
Solutions has a goal of Safety Excellence for the membership. We
follow the path of the Willis Construction Safety Continuum and
support each other to achieve Safety Excellence.
Industrial Hygiene Consultation. A Certified Industrial Hygienist is
available for the membership for consultation on matters of
occupational exposures to dust, mists, vapors, etc.
OSHA Updates. Members are kept apprised of any changes to OSHA
regulations well in advance of their codification.
